Ingredients

Seasonal fruits
50cl of fruits grout
50cl of cold whipped cream
6 gelatin sheets

Cooking

1. Warm the fruit grout. Add gelatin sheets you previously made soft with cold water. Add a glass of water and whisk vigorously.

2.Let it cold down before to add slowly the
whipped cream.

3. Shed the mixture in small glasses. Add small or cut fruits on the bottom of the glass. Let it rest 24 hours in a cold area. Then eat.
