Ingredients
5 avocados1 yellow lemon2 green lemons20cl of crème fraicheEspelette PepperSalt & Pepper
Preparation
1. Take the avocados flesh.
2. Add the 3 lemons juice and a zest of green lemon. Whisk with the crème fraiche, Espelette Pepper, salt and pepper.
3. Mix it till you obtain a paste.
4. Eat with aperitif cakes.
